Miley Cyrus became famous when she was fourteen and still had child looks. However, at only twenty one there has been a lot of change in her appearance. Many people would like to think that this is just because she has grown up and now has womanly figure. Miley had a signature gummy smile back during her Hannah Montana days. However, this has mysteriously disappeared as seen in her recent photos and videos. This could only mean that she has undergone cosmetic dental surgery to minimize the amount of gum that show when she is smiling.
When people are investigating celebrities who are changing their looks through plastic surgery, they normally concentrate on the older ones. It is obvious that Miley is taking advantage of her young age to change her appearance before it is too late. By having surgery done when she is still young, many people will think those are her natural looks even as she grows older. Never the less, the work done on her is quite spectacular and she is way prettier now than ever before.
