Jacqueline Laurita is a famous American actress who was once among the main cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey reality show. The 44 year old mother of three hit the headlines after it emerged that she underwent plastic surgery to enhance her looks and appearance. The Jacqueline Laurita plastic surgery made news across America with many people asking why she had to undergo the surgery. It was evident that Jacqueline indeed underwent plastic surgery and this was after her overall appearance changed with no time.
She received a lot of criticism as well as praise for her action and after a huge public debate on social media and in the press she came out to clear the air. She publicly admitted that she underwent plastic surgery because being a TV star, she needed to enhance her looks. Another reason she gave was that, she needed to get her figure back, especially after giving birth to three kids. She says that her family was close by her side during the process and they gave her the necessary moral support.
Jacqueline underwent three different types of plastic surgeries. The surgery involved the following: a facelift, breast augmentation, neck lift and a tummy tuck procedure.
Breast augmentation
After giving birth to three kids Jacqueline’s breast grew bigger and she needed to resize them. The only way of reducing the size of the breast was by augmentation.As a result of breastfeeding her breasts lost shape and she needed to get them back in shape. This could only be achieved through the surgery procedure.
Being an actress Jacqueline needs to put on tight and small bras. Her big boobs could not fit in small sized bras and that is why she had to settle for augmentation.The breast surgery was successful because after the surgery her breast size reduced drastically and she appeared as if she had never breastfed of even given birth. It was however hard to tell her breast size or bra size after the surgery because of the many conflicting pictures of her new look.
The Facelift
Jacqueline Laurita plastic surgery also included a facelift. With her advanced age and being a mother of three, wrinkles and curves had started developing on her face. Since the actress still had the urge of shining on the screen she had no otherwise than to go for a plastic surgery to kill the curves and wrinkle on her face.
The facelift was intended at giving her a more youthful, sexy and appealing face. After the surgery Jacqueline got the new look face and this prompted her to get back into acting.
The necklift
Jacqueline also admitted that she underwent a necklift to eliminate a lot of fat which had accumulated under her neck. The excess aft might have been as a result of her advance age and motherhood.
The skin around her neck had started sagging and developing wrinkles and this made her feel uncomfortable. The surgery made her neck tight and smooth because the excess fat and the wrinkles were eliminated.
The tummy tuck
Being a mother of three and having been in the labor ward three times Jacqueline’s stomach had accumulated a lot of fat underneath and this required action. She admitted that she had tried diet control as a means of dealing with the excess fat and bulging belly but it failed to yield positive results. The tummy tuck procedure helped her get rid of the excess fat under her tummy.
She defended the move saying that there was no problem for any woman to undergo a tummy tuck to get rid of excess tummy fats and put her stomach in order. She said that if the diet program fails to work then the only option left is the plastic surgery option.
Jacqueline stayed away from the screens for sometime and many thought that she had even retired, but when she made a comeback many were surprised to see her in her new acquired look which made her look hotter, younger and sexier. Many women might have been influenced or encouraged by her actions after the surgery turned out positive the way she expected.
