Born as Kandi Leniece Burruss on the 17th of May 1976 in college park Georgia in the United States. She is an American singer, television personality, songwriter record producer and occasional actress. She was a member of the singing group Xcape. She is the daughter to Titus Burruss Junior and Joyce Jones. Her father was a reverend. She had an older brother Patrick Riley but lost him to a car crush when he was only twenty two years old. She is currently famous for being a cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired on the Bravo reality television. She began her career at a relatively tender age with her first appearance in the Teen Summit, a BET series when she was fifteen.
