Alexa Ray Joel Nose Job – Before and After Pictures
Alexa Ray Joel is the luckiest of the lucky……Hollywood royalty. The offspring of singer Billy Joel and former model Christie Brinkley, the 29 year old Alexa Ray is a singer, songwriter and pianist. Indeed, she can often be seen singing sultry jazz numbers in New York cabaret haunts and she also attends New York fashion events. Indeed, the petite brunette appears to be following in the footsteps of her father where music is concerned……unfortunately, it would appear that the apple did not fall too far from the tree in the looks department, either. Alexa Ray grew up short, swarthy and with a hook nose. But, Alexa Ray has freely admitted several times that in June of 2010, at the age of 24, she had a nose job ala Jennifer Grey, in order to make herself feel prettier.
Alexa has said about the surgery, “I was thinking about getting this for years, [my nose] always bothered me a little bit. I was self-conscious of pictures taken from the side. To some people that’s vain, but at the end of the day, we all want to feel pretty.”
But Alexa, long plagued by problems and issues, is back under the spotlight for what appears to be far more plastic surgery.

Alexa has overdosed on pills in an apparent suicide attempt, and just a few months ago, she collapsed in dramatic fashion while singing to a sold-out crowd at Manhattan’s ritzy Upper East Side Cafe Carlyle.
Weeks later, another performance and another scandal. Performing for another sold out audience, many were stunned to see Alexa’s new face and body, with many believing that the young starlet has now had extensive face work and breast implants. Indeed, Alexa’s face has more of a mature and angular look to it, but this, she insists, is due to the “magic” of her amazing make-up artist. She has yet to comment on the alleged boob job.

Of course, Alexa would certainly not be the only celebrity or minor celebrity to set the rumor mill on fire with allegations of extensive plastic surgery. Not too long ago there was the tragic saga of Meg Ryan’s botched plastic surgery, leaving her with a bloated, lopsided face and “duck lips” from collagen lip implants. Then there is the disaster that is Heidi Montag. During a 10 hour surgery marathon, Montag had the following done:
-Brow lift
-Nose job
-Ears pinned
-Chin shaved
-Two breast enlargements
-Back scooped out
-Fat injected into her cheekbones
-Lipo on her inner and outer thighs
After weeks of excruciating pain and other side effects, Montag later told the tabloids that she regretted her choice to have so much surgery.

It is even rumored, in fact, that Alexa’s famous model mom has had some nicks and tucks. One surgeon suggested that in addition to numerous laser treatments, chemical peels and Botox injections, the blonde beauty has also had her upper eyelids lifted surgically.
Well, whatever the case, Alexa Ray Joel has had work done before and she is quite likely to do it again as she gets older and her age starts to show.
